All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm HST. 

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

We ship to most international countries. Shipping rates can vary from country to country. Shipping is calculated at checkout and applicable taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Duty, customs tariffs and vat are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and vat will vary by country.

the sclpt co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery by Fedex, UPS, DHL or USPS tracking.

For hygiene reasons we can not accept returns or exchanges on used sclpt bands or sclpt workout balm.

Merchandise in a saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or returned for a refund or credit note only.

A refund will be given if there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping. Returns are accepted on goods within 15 days of receiving the product. Items not received within this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. 

PLEASE NOTE: All markdown and sample items are final and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. The Sclpt Co take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied.

Refunds will be processed less shipping and duties as soon as possible however please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Credits will be provided for exchanges via a Credit Voucher code which will be issued once return has been approved for credit. This voucher code is redeemable for 1 year after issue on the E-Boutique.

The Sclpt Co. reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed.

Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
